Suzy and Clark Neal are the dynamic duo behind Unicoi Preserves, a Georgia Grown Company with original recipes for gourmet fruit spreads. Our love of good food and wine started us down the path of using local ingredients to make small batches of fruit spreads that eventually became the recipes used to create the current lineup of products we now offer.
Based in North Georgia wine country in the small art community of Sautee Nacoochee, the Neals are home cooks and outdoor enthusiasts with a passion for exploring the next great bite. Surrounded by the Chattahoochee National Forest, mountains, wineries and farms, we love to support local. From local producers, we source ingredients as close to home as possible – fresh ingredients just taste better!
When we untie our apron strings and step outside, you can find us hiking and mountain biking local trails with friends and our rescued Brittany Spaniel, Annie. We also believe in giving back to our community and have been a part of bringing Yonah Preserve Trails to Cleveland, Georgia.
Our love of creating recipes has also led us to competitive cooking and content creation. We have competed in the Jekyll Island Shrimp and Grits competition, World Food Championships and National Festival of Breads and we are always looking for the next challenge of creating the “perfect bite”.
