Ingredients
- 1 pound extra lean ground turkey (98% lean, 2% fat)
- 1/3 cup Laura Lynn egg whites (or 2 large egg whites)
- 1/2 cup Laura Lynn Italian bread crumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian herbs, dried
Servings: Meatier Bites
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a non-stick baking mat.
- Mix all ingredients together by hand.
- Form meat mixture in approximate 1 inch balls and place on line baking sheet. Mine yielded 37 meatiers. Press each ball to flatten slightly.
- Bake for 10 minutes or until internal temperature is 165 degrees.
- Cool and store in covered container in the refrigerator. Serve occasionally as a treat to your happy hound.
